I don't have a Pronto, but I think this might work:
0000 006D 0022 0002 0155 00AB 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0015 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 06F8 0155 0055 0016 0E46
If it doesn't, I do know there is a discrete Off code for the 950 and one a One-for-all remote. The EFC is 181 (the Outlaw uses NEC:64:64 - I have no idea what this means, but it has something to do with the infrared protocol it uses). The EFC discrete Power On code is 187. This
progr am is supposed to convert CCF files to ECF, dunno about vice versa.
This might work as discrete on:
0000 006D 0022 0000 0155 00AB 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0040 0016 0014 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0014 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 00AB
Good luck, and let us know if it works.
