I do not frequent this forum as much as I used to. Everytime I do check it out it seems Outlaw is swapping out a 950 unit for a new one. I was trying to watch that disco show on ABC tonight. I tried to put my 950 into 5 channel stereo with no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I thought all you had to do was press the stereo button. Anyway like I said I always happen to have problems with my unit when the Outlaws are swapping the old ones. What a great company. After all these swaps I would not blame the Outlaws for going MIA. I would be so frustrated if I had to deal with problem after problem. I thank the Outlaws for being such a great company. I would never have a second thought about spending my hard to come by money on any Outlaw product. Anyway what is the deal with the blue dot. I have been under a rock.

The blue dot is the final noise-fixed version of the 950 that has been shipping since December 17th. If you don't hear hiss from your current 950, you don't need it.

SLL,
I had not seen any mention of reverb for quite some time. I remember it was just after I had the 45 player removed from the car and just before the 8 track was installed. That reverb was the greatest thing to hit car radio. Thought I would share that reverb flash back.

-- If you got it brand new after Dec. 17, 2002, you have a "dot-free" blue dot (they only use dots on the replacement units). ------------------ gonk -- Saloon Links | Pre/Pro Comparison Chart | 950 Review
