Want to watch something other than the DVD player while listening to a CD in the DVD player? First step is to set up an audio input (CD, or one of the AUX inputs) so that it uses the digital input your DVD player is connected to. Then if you want to watch the satellite feed while listening to a CD, you simply switch to SAT and then to CD -- the 950 will use whatever video input was last selected for its video switching when you select an audio only source (tuner, CD, tape, AUX1, or AUX2).
