What is the remote code and set up for the Dish Network 510PVR? I lost my book for the moment(just moved) so can you include the procedure/steps to program it to control my satellite tv. Are the books posted on the webpage? Thanks!

The manual can be had here in PDF format. Page 31 has the remote instructions. I didn't see Dish Network listed specifically, but based on this page , 775 should be the code you need (the code for Echostar, Expressvu, HTS, and JVC satellite boxes per the 1050 manual).
