Well the Outlaws convinced me to try separates. As a matter of fact I received notice that my new 950 & 7100 are winging there way to me as I write this.

Sooooo, my trusty 1 year old 1050 is for sale to a good home. I’m the original owner and it will be shipped in its original box with manual, remote etc. It’s in as new condition and I rather hate to see it go. SOLD

1 pair Magnepan MMG speakers about 1 year old. Original owner, as new condition. SOLD

Sunfire Super Junior subwoofer bought as “B” stock about 6 months ago. Excellent condition.

how do those magnepans sound with the 1050?

Hi, Talk about great timing(I hope!!!) I just decided to get the outlaw 1050 this morning and just logged on the forum....at any rate I would like to buy your 1050...let me know....thanks and take it easy...jim

MustangStallion: I did connect the MMG's to the 1050 as main front speakers for a week or so. They sounded GREAT. Better than I thought they would. They were in an audio only system until replaced by larger Magnepans. The only reason I’m not using the MMG’s in my HT is that I want to use smaller speakers, a more subtle setup. But for only $550 list the MMG’s are much better than anything I’ve tried so far. How would they sound with the 950/7100??? No resist temptation … stick to plan. Oh yes, as part of my plan to use small speakers I bought the Outlaw 7100 rather than 770 amp.
