I plan to replace my 1050 (rec'd January 29, 2002) with a Pioneer Elite VSX-45TX. I recently replaced my Sunfire True Subwoofer MkII with twin SVS 16-46PC+s.

I'll take $500 for the 1050, the Sunfire True Subwoofer MkII and the two required cables (Vampire brand, each 13'long), you pay shipping. Money Order only, I HATE PayPal.

I have the manual for the 1050, I'm pretty sure I lost the manual for the Sunfire sub. However, the the Sunfire True Subwoofer MkII and the the Sunfire True Subwoofer Mk4 appear to be identical in every way, and the manual for it is downloadable (in PDF form) from the Sunfire web site. I live in Fort Worth, Texas (76107).
