Spoke to a gal at OUTLAW to inquire if my order for the 950 actually went through or not as I had not received an email notification or tracking number. I selected overnight shipping and sent the order at 1:30pm cst. Apparently the billing department is on EST and the shipping department is on PST. To me the 950 should have had ample time to make it to the evening drop for the nights shipment on PST. However, the gal informed me that they make no guarantee that the item will be ready to ship that same day or even next or following day. Well then, IMO if you cannot guarantee overnight shipment why have that flipp'in option on your order form. Overnight to me means overnight, if you have another definition of this please let me know.

Ordered mine this morning. Hope it is here by Friday. I'd love to spend the weekend playing with a new toy.

I am sympathetic to your frustration, but on the order form it does say it might take a couple of day for the order to get processed.

As you may imagine, since we opened the flood gates of 950 reservation orders, our processing department has been inundated with new 950 orders. We are working as quickly as possible in order to ensure that all orders are processed same day. However, with so many orders we can not guarantee that this will happen. That said, your order will ship via DHL overnight today.

Werner: here is a copy of what it says on the Outlaw order form. Unfortunately, you must be part of that 3%?

I remember when they added that bit to the order form. That only refers to the fact that DHL only guarantees that 97% of the packages they deliver via their "overnight" service will arrive "overnight" -- 3% will take two days. Werner's problem is he placed the order yesterday, but Outlaw's shipping department is a bit more harried than usual right now and his 950 didn't get into DHL's hand that day for delivery the next day. His went "in the mail" today. 'Tis a bummer. There's nothing on the order form that says they may not get orders processed and shipped the same day, but there's nothing that says they will get orders processed and shipped the same day, either...

Hang in there, werner, it'll all be OK tomorrow.

Thanks Gonk. Now when OUTLAW hands it off to DHL, Lord knows I'll probably be in that 3%. I'm going to go have a beer.
