Anything? Just got back from a vacation and didn't really see anything on the board here. Production still going? Any stock ready for shipment? Anybody?

How many folks have received their new hiss-fixed, updated 950s?

The impression I got from Scott Thursday was that they had not begun large-scale shipping yet, which makes me think that the only updated units that have shipped so far are the ones involved in the final testing of the revisions.

Gonk,

Do you know whether the 950 you have is the final version?

Will, I'm 99% sure. The "hiss fix" that was used in the units that Smart Little Lena and I received was the final fix. I think the only changes that might happen for the final version would be software, and that would likely be only if they have a way to deal with the test tone quirk.

I hope you have the 100% final fix (including all software updates) but you may want to ask, just to be sure. Going from 99.9% to 99.99% complete took 37 days.

I'll have to try out my new gas powered blower/vac in the HT room to suck up all them cobwebs. Shouldn't be too bad, being it's been ONLY 7 FREAK'IN MONTHS to be without a home theater.
