Ok, I just signed up for the 950/770 combo about a week ago. I've been reading the threads related to replacements for the hiss problems, but I still have no idea how long it will take to get to me.

Is there any way I can estimate the wait time? BTW, I don't have a number like some posts have mentioned. Just an email that basically says, "you're on the list".

I don't think anyone knows for certain, but the latest news suggests that Outlaw hopes to clear out all of the reservations in the next two or two and a half months depending on how well the factory keeps up. A safe estimate would be eight to ten weeks, maybe?

You can get the 770 now if you want it -- if you currently have a receiver with pre-amp outs, you could start using it. As you may already know, they have 770's in stock and ready to go.

I don't have any components yet but I've selected most of them.

As for the 770, I'm actually thinking of getting the 750. I'm only doing 5.1 to start with and I think I'll get monoblock amps for the mains when $$s permit.

Looks like I'm stuck for awhile unless I grow impatient and buy another pre/pro.
