For anyone still not sure about Outlaw Audio, consider this:
I recently replaced my Outlaw 750 with a Sherbourn 1500/A, and sold the 750 through Audiogon.
When I went to remove the amp from the rack, I wasn't careful enough (I know, I know) and broke off the right rear negative speaker terminal. DOH! (Luckily, the seller was very cool about this dealbreaker.)
I contacted Outlaw by phone a few days later (after the shame subsided somewhat) and recieved a call that night from a late-working Outlaw.
As promised, I had an email the very next day from Jamen Towles, telling me how to return the unit for repair, with no mention of cost.
I contacted her and asked what the repair would cost, as the damage was my fault not theirs, and was told it would be repaired under warranty at no cost to me anyway!
Now that is the mark of a first-class company! And that, my friends, ensures that they will be around a long time and do right by everyone.
(Apologies for posting this here, but I knew the 950 area was the place it would get the most exposure.)
