Personally I suspect the 950 to come as close to its target goals as the 1050 came to its and, in all honesty, I think your chart is pretty close to the goals that you set for it - publically at least. 
The chart -- the idea was to compare specs
and performance. I agree that the sentence isn't clear, I was trying to make clear that the chart only tells have of the story. I also agree that the sense I get is that the 950 is going to meet and exceed Outlaw's goals for it.
(Edit -- I tweaked the wording. Just can't leave well enough alone.)
