Does this combo comes with the cables to interconnect the two together?

no you need to buy audio interconnect cables to connect the outputs from the preamp to the inputs of the amp. The Outlaws sell them at a reasonable price and you can find other brands on line at places like AudioAdvisor.com
I'm personally giving the Outlaw cables a try...

The 7 pack of interconnects that Outlaw sells are very nice. They may not work for everyone as they're on the short side at only 0.5m but if that works for you I think you'd be very hard pressed to find better cables for the price.

DIY is a good option if you can solder. After building soldering my speaker cables, I decided next time I'll pay the extra money and save the time. It'd been 20 years since I touched a soldering iron and lets just say I lost my touch...lost the feeling in my thumb too after I burned it.

Thanks for the reply. I did buy the 1.2M cables with the 950/755 combo. You were right, it sure is a very nice cable.
