I have a Denon 3805 hooked to PSB Image 6t's for the mains and an PSB 9c for the center. I'm thinking of adding 3 of these amps for the fronts and the center. I"ll let the denon power the PSB Image 4t's (rears) and the 10s's (side surrounds). I'm curious if this investment will improve the sound to make it worth it. What kind of improvements can I expect.

i too have a 3805 and use seperate amps for the main room channels, while letting the receiver power the extra zones. i noticed an improvement with the amps integrated into the system. they are not m200s, but similar quality.

oh and i didnt like having just the fronts amped and not the rears... i couldnt ever get the sound to be continuous throughout the listening area with the receiver and amps powering the main room. thus i amped all the channels...

oh, I wouldn't be happy if I had a continuous sound problem. I don't really want 7 seperate amps to achieve that. I may look at other options. I use an older Onkyo for zone 2 myself. They are outdoor speakers and it works just fine

By what I've been finding in my research, it sure seems that seperate amps are the way to go. Not sure if it's a $900 improvement or not though. How did it improve the 5t's? I sure like the sound of the 6t's, but they need alittle more punch for my liking.

The difference it's in the clarity of the sound at the same volume, the added liveness due the increase in dynamic range, and the decrease in distortion and you know the same feeling when you have a car that can go up to 240 mph even if you only drive to 55.
