Your plan closely matches my future plans -- I have a 950 and 750 with a used Parasound HCA-800 currently driving the surround back channels, and I plan to at some point retire the Parasound in favor of a pair of M200's which will most likely drive the mains. The general opinion from people who have owned M200's and other Outlaw amps (including at least one person who replaced a Model 770 with seven 200's) has been that the 200 is basically indistinguishable from the 770 and 755. I would expect much the same results from adding 200's to a 750.
