As a relatively new guy to audio (esp going from a 2 channel analog amp to buying a 950 for HT, I can't say enough just how helpful
have been both Scott and Steve...and I should mention that the 950 I bought was from audiogon (so they made no profit from me, other than when I buy more product/refer people over to them).
No patronizing attitude, or anything like that...so thanks mucho, guys.
Not every dealer I've bought from (and some i've spent about 3 g notes on) have been as down to earth and high on the KOOL factor as the Outlaw crowd.

I’m not sure why this is in the 200 feedback, but I would like to 2nd it. Outlaw customer support is appreciated and fantastic, and I feel my investment in outlaw products was a very good one because of it. I recently contacted them about a problem I thought I had with my 950, and as it turned out, it was a DVD player setting problem and the 950 was working perfectly. The prompt help from Steve got me to the bottom of the problem quickly, to Outlaws credit. Try getting this kind of support with a chain store purchase! Needless to say, I’m always happy to recommend Outlaw products to others, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back as required for newer or other equipment in the future!
