I am in the market for a new amp and I am undecided if I should get a 770 or a stack of 200's. I was just wondering if there is a Sound quality advantage to a stack of M200's, over a 770. any insight will be greatly welcomed. Thank you.

The main advantage of the seperates is the fact that it is true monoblock design. And even if the circuits are seperated, in most multichannel amps they share the power supply. I happen to be a fan of monoblocks for music but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra cost. Multi channel amps for home theater are really a good idea.
