I'm not sure how he has his power cables arranged, but Mike Knapp at Home Theater Talk has seven Model 200's in his
system (see also his
review of the Model 200 ).
I don't claim to be an expert in electrical design (especially since my background is in mechanical engineering -- I can move air or water if you need me to, but I'm a bit shakier on moving electrons). Having said that, if it were me I'd like to have a dedicated circuit for the home theater equipment (which is exactly what I did a little over a year ago, actually). The challenge of plugging in
seven amps would tend to lead me toward some good quality power strip / power conditioner(s) for the amps (something more substantial than a $10 power strip from Walgreen's). Outlaw might be able to offer some specific thoughts (info@outlawaudio.com).
