I haven't heard of many folks using ML's and Outlaw amps, so there's not a lot of first-hand information, but it would be a step up from the 3802's 110W/channel receiver amp.

As for bass management, I'd probably leave them set to small and let the Denon do bass management. Of course, there's no reason not to experiment with running them large...
