Just took delivery of a model 1050 to replace an old (10+ yrs) Yamaha A/V receiver. I was going to go for all the gusto and get a 950/770 combo, but fiscal prudence won out.

This thing is just fantastic! I can't believe how great the sound is. While stereo playback was also improved, I was blown away by the difference for movies. I watched some old favorites and picked up quite a few sonic details that I had never noticed before. The next time someone asks me what kind of A/V gear they should get, I'll definately steer them toward Outlaw.

Okay, now my question. Has anyone had any success in getting the 1050's remote to operate any TiVo functions? If so, which ones and what code worked for you.
