Does anyone have any idea or experience how the 200 will perform with 4 ohm speakers?

I was thinking of upgrading my front Sonus Faber speakers from Concerto's to Signum's. The Concerto's are 8ohms and the Signum's, 4ohms.

Thanks!

I’m using my 200’s to drive a pair of Magnepan speakers in an audio only two-channel setup. The Magnepans are 4 ohms and not very efficient (86 db). I bought the 200’s as a step up power wise from my previous amp.

I must say for the price I couldn’t ask for more. They drive the Magnepans effortlessly. The bass is much improved and I don’t notice and problems in the mid range or treble. The 200’s run cool even at levels that allow the neighbors to tap their toes to the music. I highly recommend you try a pair. P.S. I also recommend the Magnepans.

I have my 200's running my Adire KIT281. The 281's are 4 ohm speakers. Performace is great so far just a little bright but I got to let them break in for a bit longer before I can say one way or another.
