Can some one please compare the sound quality of these 2 units? Or even the 320 since I'd assume would sound very similar to the 325. I am leaning heavily towards the 325 based on the amount of features it has, and it's no slouch in the sound department.

I would be willing to get a 1050 though if the sonic improvments are significant. All thoughs are welcome.

I have not heard an HK in many years . . . but see if you can borrow the HK's you are interested in and then take advantage of the 30 day trial that Outlaw offers and decide for yourself.

Just order the 1050,hear for your self,and you will know the truth....Great sonics,soundstage,detail,BEST reciever for the money in sound quality.....Now if you are looking for features alone,you may choose to go with Sony,Yamaha,Denon.....Just my two cents,the proof is on the DEMO.Once again,you would need to spend around 1000.00 plus to get the same quality of sound.......

OK I'm leaning towards a 1050 now. I'm willing to part with DTS-ES and 7.1 since the sound will be better. The only thing holding me back now is the lack of Pro Logic II.

I would have no interest in this for music, as I will be listening to 2 channel stereo mostly, but for TV watching does it improve anything?

Television was never made to be reproduced in surround sound right? If I did watch (insert TV show here) with PL2 what would be comming from the back speakers?
