My eagerly awaited 1050 Receiver arrived yesterday 11/11.

When I went to set it up today I discovered that TWO of the front speaker terminals were STRIPPED.

Needless to say, the 1050 will be on its way back to Outlaw on Wednesday 11/13.

Ouch - screwed up binding posts? Definitely give Outlaw a call in the morning, they should be able to get you fixed up.

Seems like an item that should have been easily caught in quality control. Maybe they need those little "Inpected by #23" tags so they can find out who let this one out the door.

Spoke to Mike at Outlaw early this morning.

he was very responsive to the problem with my 1050 and took care of the problem immediatly.

A new 1050 was shipped from CA thday and should arrive in Lowell next Wednesday.
