I own two PW2R15s and a PW2R20. They are fine as far as I can tell. You have to trust the specs and hope. I also use an APC UPS downstream of the PW2R15 to protect my projector and another for my computer. Downstream of the Brickwall you can use any of several multi-outlet noise suppression and filtering devices if you want. Does the Brickwall work? How can you tell with a surge protector? It's kind of like the old story about the guy throwing around pieces of toilet paper to keep away the tigers and thinking it works because there are no tigers around. We have had several severe electrical storms since I brickwalled the computer, TV, and HT system and no damage was done. But then no damage was done before I owned them....
