I bought my 1050 around April, still going great but having trouble with the remote. Will turn the satellite box on and off, change channels somewhat (though not always correctly).

Will not access any 1050 features, DVD, etc. Thought maybe I could reset it or something. Any ideas? Thought I would check before I contacted customer service.

Whatever you do, don't reset it! It will erase the 1050's controls from memory, although from the sound of it, it already has. Outlaw is supposed to be good about replacing/reprogramming the remote.
