I've notice a buzz when moving close to my 950.
It is definitely coming from the unit and is not heard through any audio channels.

I checked underneath just to see if the big bolt securing the toroidal xformer might be loose. It was very secure.

It is more like a mechanical buzz and is constant regardless of audio mode.

Also tried plugging into different AC lines, and with IO cables disconnected, it does not change.

Looked up 'buzz' and 'hum' in the archives for the same symptoms to no avail. Any suggestions before sending it in, would be appreciated.

Unless it is abnormally loud, I'd just ignore it. Buzz can be caused by distortion on the AC line supply.

As mentioned, I tried different AC lines, plus have a fair amount of conditioning.
I forgot to mention this is relatively new problem. Only noticed it the last couple of months, so I doubt it's normal.
I would not call this symptom the result of AC noise unless I heard it on all my components.

Power conditioning will not remove distortion on the AC waveform. Distortion can come and go due to loads from other people sharing the pole transformer which services your house.

Distortion of the AC waveform 'can' be a problem. Albeit not likely one, and does not explain the 'constant' buzz isolated to my 950.

I would be interested in knowing if OA has ever logged in a returned unit for this problem.

On what do you base that analysis?

Knowledge of my own environment.

I've contacted support for further assistance but thanks for the suggestions!
