I would definitely recommend getting an SPL meter from Radio Shack if you haven't already - it makes the channel trim adjustment process much easier and more accurate.
Crossovers... Well, the
RF7\'s are rated down to 32Hz, which is similar to my Paradigm's lower limit. When I had an SVS 25-31PCi, I used the 40Hz crossover because it offered the best sound on music (60Hz yielded a bit of boominess). With the LFM-1, I use a 60Hz crossover and have found it to provide a smoother integration between mains and sub for two-channel as well as a great balance in movies. I'm guess you also have the
RC-7 center channel, which is rated down to 45Hz - for that, I'd start at 80hz but you might also try 60Hz just for fun.
