Will the 1050 allow you to listen in 'stadium' mode when you have a digital input? I've got mine hooked up to my HD set top box with a fiber optic input. When I scroll through the modes, only stereo, stereo 3, phantom, and surround work. Fletch

Your HD set-top box may be giving you a multi-channel input (Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Digital *something*) -- the DSP modes like Natural and Stadium only work with a stereo input (they will work with digital inputs, but only if the signal is of the "correct" format).
You could always use the analog outputs from the HD decoder, I suppose.

I get it now. I guess MNF used to be in 5.1, but not anymore. I think the Superbowl might be this year. As a side note: I was watching the Bears game this weekend and the PA announcer was on in the surrounds and was louder than the game announcer on the center channel. I thought that was kind of funny!
