Hi, I'm the proud owner of the OUTLAW 950/770. I just ordered a pair of paradigm studio 60 v.3 to replace the Def Tech 7002's. Are the paradigm a good setup with Outlaw? Loved the def techs at first, after about a week or so, they just didn't get the job done for me anymore. Something seemed to be missing, can't put a finger on it, but they were not doing the job. Any thought?

I've been running Studio 60 v2's with Outlaw gear for close to four years now, and I've been extremely pleased - you'd be hard pressed to pry them away from me. The 770 should make 60v3's very happy.

I kept them for three weeks, used them everyday about 6 hours a day average. I think they were broke in, it's not that they didn't sound good. They did what they did nicely, however the imaging was not as good as what I was use to and for $1100.00 a speaker I've heard alot better at half that price!

I demo'ed some DefTech's (BP10's, I believe) and found that I preferred the Paradigm's, but speaker preferences are always a very personal taste. I think you'll really enjoy the Studio 60's - they're great speakers.

Hey Gonk, what center are you using? Have you heard the Studio CC-570 v3 or CC-470's v3, if so what do you think would go best with the Studio 60's?

I have been using the Studio CCv2 for as long as I've had the Studio60v2's. That's the predecessor to the Studo CC-470 v3, and it's a great center channel. Based on my experience, I suspect the CC-470v3 and 60v3 would work together very well.

I have the Studio 100's & Studio CC up front, Studio ADP for side surrounds & Studio 20's for the rear surrounds. I also have the Servo-15 sub and an LFM-1. IT ROCKS!

Just felt like advocating for the paradigm's!

Servo-15 WOW, I've heard it and its got Crazy lows. Have you heard the PW-2200? If so what do you think? The dealers in my area that carry Paradigm does not have one for demo. The specs. are impressive and I'm thinking of getting it to go with my Studio 60's.
