Anyone having problems with the 950 volumn knob spinning & not lowering or raising the volumn? Having trouble witht the knob recognizing the spin & adjusting appropriately. wants to stay the same or move in the wrong direction. unit is about 10 months old.

I have the same problem with my 1050. Apparently it was common with these models. Maybe they have gone back in using those defective volume controls to use up the old stock. Just kidding.
But seeing as yours seems to be an isolated problem, it probably is one those gremlin things. You got a defective volume controller.

I've never had that problem, try reseting the 950 and if that does not work contact tech support

No, but twice now the master volume descended all the way to mute all by it's own, while I was watching a movie. I didn't touch anything. Strange!

any other remotes being used in the house?just a guess.

another thing,did you ever drive around with your garage door opener just to mess with people,
maybe it's payback time.
