Need remote code for Outlaw 950 for mitsubishi remote thanks

Are you trying to control the 950 with a Mitsubishi remote? If so, which remote do you have? It's very possible that the Mitsu will not have a code for the 950 - Outlaw is not a very big outfit, and a lot of remotes (especially the OEM ones sold with equipment) don't have codes for their stuff.
