I was going to hook up my turntable and phono mm preamp into the 950. Which input do you suggest, is there any difference between, for example, using the cd input versus aux versus the other available inoputs I have. the only input I use currently are the coax and optical inputs for HT set up
Thanks

You can connect your phono preamp to any of the stereo analog inputs that you want. I'd probably use one of the audio-only inputs (CD, Aux1 and Aux2, and tape) just to leave the video switching free in case you need it for any reason. You'll probably also want to play with the stereo bypass mode once you've got it hooked up, as you may already be planning to do - this mode allows you to bypass the digital processing entirely and pass the analog input directly through.
