As a relatively new guy to audio (esp going from a 2 channel analog amp to buying a 950 for HT), I can't say enough just how helpful
have been both Scott and Steve...and I should mention that the 950 I bought was from audiogon (so they made no profit from me, other than when I buy more product/refer people over to them).
No patronizing attitudes from them, or anything like that...so thanks mucho, guys.
Not every dealer I've bought from (and some i've spent over 3 g notes on, esp one from Ontario/a mod company) have been as down to earth and high on the KOOL factor as the Outlaw crowd....these dudes could certainly show others just what customer service is all about.
