Hello everyone, I just receive my 950/770 combo. I got a question about the 950, how can I tell what the hardware/software/Firmware version I got? I heard about the "blue dot" on the forum, but I can't find the blue dot anywhere on the box...

anyway, I dont think that's such a big deal, just nice to know.

The blue dot and red dot were stuck onto the serial number space of replacement units for people with older 950's (September '02 for the red dot, December '02 for the blue dot). New units never came with the "dot" attached. Being new, your unit (although devoid of dot) is the "blue dot" revision with the DTS-ES fix.
