I purchased my 1050 a couple of months ago and I am very happy with my purchase, but there is one thing I would like to change.

Is there a way I can use the select button on the remote in addition/as opposed to the enter button when selecting to play a DVD or select chapters/options from the DVD menu? Everything (pause, rewind, etc) else works fine.

I find it cumbersome to use that small enter key.

From the second I got my 1050, I was very bothered by this seemingly obvious omission.

However, I eventually noticed that the PLAY button also works as an enter button on all my DVD menus.

It's conveniently located right below the direction arrow buttons and is easy to reach with your thumb.
