I'm currently using the 950/ICBM/7100 combo with Mirage speakers (M3si, OMC2, OMR2), and I've been extremely impressed with their performance overall. My only source is a Sony DVP-9000ES DVD/SACD/CD player, so playback is exclusively CD or DVD for me.
Because I use two subs (SVS 25-31PC+) and filter everything below 60hz to the subs, I chose the smaller amp for my modestly sized room (13.5' x 15'), even though the M3si are rather inefficient. I haven't been disappointed so far. And I've found the CD playback using analog bypass to be very, very good.
I expect that it's sound isn't quite as detailed or effortless as the megabuck systems I've owned in the past, but there's plenty of toe-tap factor for two-channel listening, and the movie playback is top-notch. I bet the Music Hall TT would sound absolutely fantastic.
In general, I think the low price of the combo causes people to underestimate its performance considerably. Sonically, I don't think Outlaw's combos can be beat by *anything* for less than twice the price.
