I posted the same question in the "Outlaw to Outlaw" fourm. Wasn't sure where to go with it.

I知 looking into purchasing a HT pre/pro (Outlaw 950). I won稚 have $$ for a multi channel amp for a while. What I知 planning to do is use the amp sections from several two channel receivers ( remove the jumpers between amp and pre sections). I値l use a 160 wpc Kenwood for the cc and two 70 wpc Kenwood for the front and rear. Any known drawbacks with this setup? Will this work or will I need an amp per channel (5).
