My new (2 weeks) 950 has died. It does not indicate that it has power and does not respond to front panel or IR commands. I've verified that there is power at the IEC plug feeding the unit and that the hard switch is on. I've tried to reset it as described in the manual.

Is there a fuse that I can check?

Has anyone else seen this and how is it corrected?

It worked great for about 2 weeks and then nothing.

How is Outlaw support? Are they responsive and prompt at addressing these types of issues?

There is a fuse, but the manual says that it's not user serviceable. Outlaw's service is generally excellent -- give them a call first thing tomorrow (or log on to the support site now) and they'll get you back up and running as soon as possible.

The same happened to me a few months back,I called Outlaw,send it back and they fixed it
(I never knew what was wrong).
They will fix it fast.
