John, you're not alone. We had a post at one time where a board member was looking for DVDs(not CDs) that were encoded at 96Khz. The only one I know of that I own is the movie Chronos. If you've ever heard of the film Baraka it's by the same director(Ron Fricke). It's weird watching that movie(it's actually a fantastic stop-motion photography visual delight and comes highly recommended) because it's the only time I see that on the display.
