Well, I've been waiting to upgrade my old processor/preamp for about two years. I'm desiring the unobtainable, no not the 950, but the future big brother to the 950 which will incorporate HDMI/DVI/IEEE1394 or whatever to handle all the HD video and audio, but I had to have something in the meantime.
So while I've been lurking for quite some time, I can now count myself among the purchasers of Outlaw equipment.
Can't wait till the 1050 shows up tomorrow, and then I guess I'll enjoy it while I wait some more for the "ultimate" processor.

Welcome aboard, ralittle2. Having spent many hours with my 1050, I can say pretty confidently that you'll enjoy it. Enjoy! ------------------ gonk -- Saloon Links | Pre/Pro Comparison Chart | 950 Review

I received my 1050 on friday and was really impressed. I finally have a H/T system that is great with music too.
I hope you come away as impressed as I am. Happy Listening

These puppies aren't light either. A 770 or 755 must really brake out a sweat.

A 755 is a very fun addition to your 1050. :-) I love mine. It's the one piece of my current HT that I anticipate being in my HT 20 years from now. Well, the speakers too.

Matthew, I can definitely see the comfort in your point and would wholeheartedly agree. My main amp (stereo) is a Tandberg unit that is about 20 years old and while it isn't quite the heavyweight of the 755, it makes my 1050 feel quite light.
Now, on to figuiring out and making sure I've got everything set up right.
