I've got a problem with the push-on connector on the end of my coax not staying tight on the back of my sub. Can I use one of the Outlaws 18" interconnect cables with the great screw down tighteners on the end of the coax to join to the sub? Thanks.

If it's long enough, absolutely. The PCA would work just fine for a sub. The PSC would also work (it lacks the locking RCA, but I've heard they fit quite securely) and is available in single cables and longer lengths.
