RS sells this cable (part #15-1091). Is this what one uses to connect the coax from the DVD player to a rcvr or does one use a non optical COAX like the PSC.

This (RS #15-1091) is an optical cable.

The Outlaw audio PSC and PCA are used for the coax electrical connectors on the DVD player.

The PCA is not intended to be used for the coax digital audio (it's not a 75ohm cable; the PSC is, and is reportedly a fine coax digital cable).
