I've been very pleased with BetterCables' S-Video Silver Serpent cable. I'd say that they are a pretty good value.
I compared Bettercables old (discontinued) Premium analog audio interconnects and their Silver Serpent analog audio interconnects to a couple different analog audio interconnects a year or so ago. The Silver Serpents were comparable to some more expensive cables, but I personally prefered the Outlaw PCA (even without factoring in cost).
Their optical cable is shorter than Outlaw's PDO, but costs more. No benefit in performance (I've used both). I wouldn't get one from them -- other good optical cables are available for less (the PDO being only one example).
Their speaker cables are pretty good. I haven't used the new ones, only the old "Premium" cables. I'm using a pair of BetterCables Premium on my center channel currently (bi-wired). The old "Premium" cables were fairly comparable to some DIY cables that MrSandman built using Canare 4S8 StarQuad cable. The newer cables are a fair bit more expensive, but I haven't heard them to know how much better they sound -- past experience with their Silver Serpent line would suggest that there are some real benefits.
Haven't even considered their power cable. All I know is that it isn't cheap...
