Does anybody know the codes to make the rca remote work the 1050

Welcome to the forum, tsborovi.

The Model 1050 is not generally in any code libraries, so I doubt you will be able to find a pre-programmed code to get the RCU810 to control the 1050. From what I found online about the 810, it does have learning capability, and that's probably the way to go to get it working -- teach the remote the different commands. It's slow (having used a Yamaha remote that was learning-only before I got my 1050, I can attest to that), but it should work fine.

The RCU 810 is a JP1 compatible remote, as is the Outlaw remote. If you are willing to do some soldering, it is possible to fully program this remote from a computer via a home-made cable. Check out www.hifi-remote.com for more info on JP1.
