You can get a splitter from Radio Shack or someplace similar to connect to the subwoofer output from the 1050 and then connect both subs' cables to that splitter.

Many subs will also work perfectly with only one input connected.

Oop, I was thinking "two subs" when I wrote that. Matthew's right, you only need to use one of the inputs (and it shouldn't matter which one, either). Check your sub manual to make sure, though.

You could still use the splitter though and just run the 1 cable from the 1050 to the splitter and then plug the 2 ends of the splitter into the 2 inputs on your sub. Thats what I used to do a very long time ago with my old Polk sub.
I have read in other places of a "gain" by using a splitter but I'm not sure if they mean using one when you have 2 pre-outputs on your receiver or the 2 inputs on the sub, but it couldn't hurt. I think my REL said something like that?

Yes, I think there is a gain issue, in that it will sound louder with the splitter, but that can be corrected for with the sub trim adjustment in the 1050 or the sub's volume control.
