First off, I read and re-read the owner's manual, all the discussion and even all the archived discussions.

I have been licking my chops for the ICBM. Got it. Wired it -- correctly! -- and frankly DVD-A sounds better with my sub cranked up without the ICBM in the loop -- not great -- just better.

System is Yamaha 2300 Receiver, Toshiba 4800 DVD, Hsu Sub, Klipsch satellites.

The ICBM is set up pretty much as it came from the factory -- where the manual recommended.

I'm convinced there is good sound in my future -- but I sure can't figure it out. any help out there?

Well, since I was the only person goofing off today and playing with my gear, I started rechecking everything, after hearing from Mike at Outlaw.

I had the Sub Out cable swapped.

I feel like such a newbie!
