I am thinking of adding two subs to my Home Theatre. My front speakers are Paradigm with built-in subs that I am not happy with because they peak often and "chirp" at low levels. Would the ICBM be helpful, or is it primarily for audio? My system also includes an NHT supercenter, Speaker Craft rear speakers, and a Sony ES555. Thanks for your help.

I forgot to mention I also have a Pioneer Elite DV-37 DVD player. Thanks again.

Not sure if your case is as well-suited to an ICBM as some. How are you thinking of hooking it up? Is the DV-37 connected to the Sony 555ES with a digital audio cable, or is the DV-37 decoding the audio and outputting to the 555ES with 6 analog interconnects? If it is the latter, the ICBM could be added between the DV-37 and the 555ES. Otherwise, it may be tricky to fit the ICBM in to your setup. Also, I'm curious about how your speakers are hooked up -- particularly the built-in subs (is there a separate connection between the LFE output on the 555ES and the subs, or do the subs get their signals from the speaker cables?).
