I have a kenwood DD receiver and was testing some DVD's against the Onkyo TX-SR600.
Noticed something the Onkyo does that the kenwood doesn't and I want to know if the Outlaw has this issue.

If you own Gone in 60 seconds the dvd switches layers somewhere between chap 23 and 24. The receiver loses its signal for a second and than gets it back.

hooked up the old kenwood....it does not loose its signal. I think it has to due how it is setup vs the Onkyo.
I did notice on my kenwood that the speaker icons on the front disappear for a second but the receiver does not click in and out like on the onkyo.

So anyone that owns an Outlaw does it happen with this reciever also. It could be how this Onkyo is set up when using DD.

Ive experiencd sound droputs now and then on dvd. I would think it was due to the dvd player itself not the receiver.
