Ok, I just got my 950 and 755 and am starting to hook them up. Would it be better to trigger the 755 with a direct connection from the 950's 12v trigger OR would it be better to trigger my Monster Powerbar 1100's switched AC outlets and switch the AC to the 755? Is either/or better for the 755?

I have a couple other components that I'd like to switch on with the 950s trigger, so the latter would be a better solution for me right now...

Thanks,

...Jim

Jim,

The main advantage to doing the triggering in serial as opposed to doing it all from the Powerbar is that you could in theory prevent all your components from coming on at the same time, which would be less of a drain on your AC current. However, if your AC supply is up to the challenge, there shouldn't be a problem doing it with the Powerbar.
