I just rented this last night. I have to say it was mildy entertaining falling well above U-571 and certainly behind Crimson Tide, Hunt for Red October and nowhere near Bas Boot. BUT, the sound on the DD track was quite good at times with all sorts of water drops, clanks and thumps. The panning was great too even with my meager system. Definitely worth a rent.

Thanks for the recomend. Saw the jacket for this and almost picked it up while shopping a couple of weeks ago ...will try it out!

"When We Were Soldiers" was a great flick also..I am going to rent it again..
