Definitely go parallel, NOT series. Just run two pair of wires out from the 1050 center channel posts and land a pair on each speaker.

If your cable run to rear center is long and running twice the cable is too expensive, you may want to connect one speaker to the 1050 and connect the second speaker to the first. When you connect the two speakers together, make sure you connect the positive terminals to each other and the same for the negative terminals. This is still a parallel wiring configuration, and it uses a lot less wire. Additionally, if you use decent speaker wire, there shouldn't be any real difference between wiring your speakers this way and the method Owl's_Warder suggested.

I think if you go parallel you create a 16 OHM load. Series will drop you to 4 Ohms (or possible less if you speakers are not exactly labled. Danger is, if your speakers transiently drop to a very low rating it is possible that you will release blue smoke from your amplifier or speaker. As you know it is incredibly important to keep the blue smoke INSIDE the boxes. To wire in series you wire red to the first speaker and bridge from....Wait...Just go parallel.

Connecting two identical speakers in parallel will halve the amp's perceived impedance, whereas connecting them in series will double it.
If both speakers are 8 ohms, you'll be okay as the 1050 is stable into a 4 ohm load (you may want to flip the switch). If they're 6 or 4 ohms you probably don't want to connect two of them.
Connecting in series would involve connecting the positive terminal of the 1050 to one speaker's positive, the negative of that speaker to the other speaker's positive, and the 2nd speaker's negative to the 1050's negative. I've not heard of speakers being connected in this way, though. Parallel is the usual way to do it.

Consider also the likely average power that will get sent to center surround - quite low. Heat in the 1050 shouldn't be an issue. Keep it simple and go with parallel wiring.

Thank You for all your help,I went parallel center surround, and the sound is phenomenal much better wrap around in the surrounds, more detail in the rear; Now I am wondering, how would 1050 6.1surround compare to Dolby Digital EX,any comments.

From listening to my 950 for the last few weeks, I found that Dolby EX and 6.1 Surround are surprisingly comparable -- Zoran did some good work on that processing. For what it's worth, Cirrus Extra Surround seems to beat them both to my ear. ------------------ gonk -- Saloon Links | Pre/Pro Comparison Chart | 950 Review
